Then we pre-spray the area in order to release grease and oily deposits. Next step is a deep scrubbing of the grout lines. The procedure is rounded off by a thorough 1000 PSI high temperature rinse - leaving your tiles and grout looking several shades lighter and sparkling clean with no residue left behind. If your grout has absorbency, we recommend having it sealed. To determine if that is the case we carry out a small test. Many times older grout has no longer absorbency, thus the only sealing we could provide would be a thin top layer which does not last. |
